James Kopaczewski, Villanova University

James Kopaczewski graduated from Saint Joseph’s University in 2013 with a B.A. in History. Following graduation, James entered the M.A. program at Villanova University where his concentration is in United States history with an emphasis on race and ethnicity. James has presented at the Historical Society of Pennsylvania, the annual meeting of the Pennsylvania Historical Association, and the African American Museum in Philadelphia. In February 2015, James and two other Villanova graduate students published a digital history project about Philadelphia’s Institute for Colored Youth.
